The new gift cards with a magnetic stripe are available in any denomination between 2,000 HUF and 100,000 HUF at the information desk, on a scale of one thousand forints. The cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can redeem the amount added to your gift card in our stores, even in several installments. The list of the stores can be changed.

Westend gift cards without magnetic stripes can be purchased in stores until October 31, 2024 or December 31, 2026. A list of stores that accept these types of gift cards may be different from the stores that accept new cards with a magnetic stripe. The baby and mom room is located in the middle of the building, on the second floor, near the Millennium Courtyard. You can reach it by taking the elevator located at Millennium Courtyard to the second floor, or by walking up the stairs leading from the first floor. In the room, created with the support of the Hungarian Association of Midwives, there are two comfortable breastfeeding and nappy changing rooms, a microwave oven to warm up food and an adult toilet. There are also several locations in the building for a quick nappy change for a fee; in the restrooms located at Millenium Court on the lower ground and first floor, and in the restroom near the Food & Friends food court.

If you need First Aid, please go to our information desk, or our Medical Room located on the 1st floor between Raiffeisen Bank and K&H Bank.

Location:

At Millennium Court, on the lower ground, ground, and first floors, as well as at the Food & Friends food court and Cinema City, we welcome our visitors with newly renovated restrooms. The service can be accessed with a ticket purchased at the payment machines by cash or card.

We would like to infrom you that the parking fee changed from 5th September for the underground garage (P1, P2, P3) and our external parking lots (levels A, B, C). The new parking fee: 500 HUF/hour.

• The Luggage Storage is not responsible for fragile objects left inside the bags or suitcases.

• The Luggage Storage is not responsible for possible damage to objects and devices of great value left inside the bags or suitcases, if they are not registered with us by the Customer before leaving the luggage.

• Animals are not allowed in the Luggage Storage.

• In the case of illegal items or substances, the Customer remains responsible for the baggage and its contents.

• The Customer acknowledges that camera surveillance systems are operating in the Luggage Storage.

• For reasons of safety, any object or luggage not claimed within the specified time will be removed from the Luggage Storage within 3 days.

• The Customer accepts to drop off and pick up his/her luggage and clothing during our opening hours. In case of arriving late (beyond opening hours), we can only open the Luggage Storage upon payment of a 10 EUR penalty.

• By leaving his/her luggage with us, the Customer accepts our terms and conditions.

• If the Customer loses the ticket received for his/her luggage and clothing, a 5,000 HUF penalty must be paid.
