The new gift cards with a magnetic stripe are available in any denomination between 2,000 HUF and 100,000 HUF at the information desk, on a scale of one thousand forints. The cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can redeem the amount added to your gift card in our stores, even in several installments. The list of the stores can be changed.

In order to be able to use the Gift Card for payment in as many shops as possible in the Shopping Center – from 22.05.2023. we renewed our gift card  Click here for the current list of stores that accept the new gift cards!

We would like to draw your attention to that your Westend digital gift card bought before 22.05.2023 will not be accepted in these shops. Ask the colleagues at the Information Desk for help in exchanging the gift card free of charge, with which you can continue to shop with success.

Westend gift cards without magnetic stripes can be purchased in stores until October 31, 2024 or December 31, 2026. A list of stores that accept these types of gift cards may be different from the stores that accept new cards with a magnetic stripe. The Baby and Mom Room located on the 2nd floor of Westend Shopping Center welcomes our visitors arriving with babies between 11AM-7PM daily. In the premises developed with the support of the Hungarian District Nurses Association, there are two comfortable baby feeding and baby changing rooms as well as a toilet. A quick baby changing option is also available at several points in the building in toilets with baby changing tables.

Budapest Luggage Storage provides tourists a range of different services to make their stay in Budapest more enjoyable and comfortable. In addition to the classic services, you can also book an apartment, print your boarding pass, order a taxi or an airport shuttle.

Terms and conditions

• The Luggage Storage is not responsible for fragile objects left inside the bags or suitcases.

• The Luggage Storage is not responsible for possible damage to objects and devices of great value left inside the bags or suitcases, if they are not registered with us by the Customer before leaving the luggage.

• Animals are not allowed in the Luggage Storage.

• In the case of illegal items or substances, the Customer remains responsible for the baggage and its contents.

• The Customer acknowledges that camera surveillance systems are operating in the Luggage Storage.

• For reasons of safety, any object or luggage not claimed within the specified time will be removed from the Luggage Storage within 3 days.

• The Customer accepts to drop off and pick up his/her luggage and clothing during our opening hours. In case of arriving late (beyond opening hours), we can only open the Luggage Storage upon payment of a 10 EUR penalty.

• By leaving his/her luggage with us, the Customer accepts our terms and conditions.

• If the Customer loses the ticket received for his/her luggage and clothing, a 5,000 HUF penalty must be paid.

Please note that MOL Bubi public bike-sharing system will be temporarily out of service from the 29 of November due to preparation works related to system renewal.

We would like to infrom you that the parking fee changed from 5th September for the underground garage (P1, P2, P3) and our external parking lots (levels A, B, C). The new parking fee: 500 HUF/hour.
